hello everyone my name is Mark Ramich and i have information for the 250 class, this year the rules have been changed for the class at delta speedway in an attempt to save our class from its demise and try to generate more consistant rules package for folks who would like to come and race here and not have to make a special engine package just to do so and we hope some of you will join us at this years Turkey Bowl, The engine displacement rule has been changed to a MAX 270 cc anyway you configure your engine is fine as long as you dont go over 270cc and for now no programable ign allowed, the weight rule has been increased to 620 and you dont have to have a fuel cell, and there is no wing rule, you can run a garage door if you want, the oil rule is the same as of now but if it changes i will let you folks know. please put some input on our WestCoast250s.com website if youd like to inquire about some special concerns that you may have, mick wants to have at least 18 preregistered cars in order for us to compete all 3 nights with payouts reaching 1000 per nite, that is what i understood. we( a few of us drivers ) are working on other changes but for now those were the most important ones to us and from others that we've talked to.
p.s. i tried to log in here under my name and password but it said that my name and password wasnt registered in here so i tried to re-login as a new member and it said that that name and password was allready in use...so go figure. but my name on the westcoast site is motulman and i run the #8 250 and look forward to some of my NW family( as i used to live up there ) coming down ..GO SEAHAWKS!!!
we are very interested in the race at delta speedway,,hopefully our car and several others are going to make an apperance..we are trying to put together a group to come down and try and take the money ,,,the 270 rule is a big plus !!!! As of this time many of us are engaged in a points battle race--we're not ignoring the topic ....Thanks And Hope To Be Down There For The Turkey Bowl Randy
