TULSA, Okla. (December 14, 2007) With all the clay necessary to construct Tulsa Expo Raceway hauled into the building over the past several days, the 23rd Annual Tulsa Shootout is just two weeks away.

With approximately 800 entries already submitted for the Tulsa Shootout, which takes place on December 29-30, over 1,000 total entries in the 24 different classes of Micros, Karts and Quads are expected.

Currently, four of the Micro classes lead the way in entry counts, with 94 Multis, 94 "A" Class, 92 Non-Wing and 82 Restricted "A" Class.

Parking for the 23rd Annual Tulsa Shootout takes place on Thursday, December 27, with practice on Friday, December 28. Heat races follow on Saturday, December 29, with semi-features and championship feature events on Sunday, December 30.
