I was reading the 08' rule book and noticed that there was a tire rule ( or maybee its just a guideline) for the 250 class. It states that the softest compound we can run is a d12 or an rd 12 for the hoosiers, the make softer compounds ( d10 rd 10) can we still run these compounds? It was my understanding that in 2007 we voted to freeze the 250 rules for three years, that said in 2007 the rule book reads open tire rule, anyone know whats going on?
