give me a call we can talk more in depth about what gears to use but the normal I believe is a 12 front sprocket and a 40 rear for shifting 4th and 5th, and a 14 front and a 39 rear if you want to use third and fourth.

Welcome to the class.  I think you'll find everyone happy to help.

Our team's approach is that objective #1 is have fun.  For us, that means race hard, clean, and competitively.  If we accomplish that, it really doesn't matter where we finish.  There's nothing secret to what we run, so if you've got a question, don't hesitate.

Yes, both left and right hand cars use the same engines.  Should be able to pick up complete Hondas for less than $2000, carb to pipe.  I'd look for stock bore and stroke, as these will be the least expensive and can still be built up later.  There's ton's of them sitting around in garages, so you might just put a post in the classifieds section...

ideaThe 14s 250 is also 4sale with 3 motors and all spare 250 parts for $4000.00 Kevin or Shelby 360-6531609 or Kevin cell phone 425-737-1609. This car has been a top 5 car in points and would have been in 2007 if Shelby had not got hurt at school and did not race the last few races of 2007.
