Wanting info on the kahne juniors class

What is the age limit in the kahne jr class? And where can I get more information on this class? I have a 6 year old daughter that has the knack and I would like to get her started ASAP. Thanks

07 Racer,
 Check out the Skagit Outlaw Quarter Midgets, we start kids at 5 years old.
Its a great place to start, we have 4 classes of cars.
The start up costs are low and people are willing to help.
We started and still run there but are coming up to Deming this year.
Hope this helps.

Where can I get more info on the SOQM? Is there a website? And when you say the startup cost is low, about how much would a race ready car go for?
