What time does the banquet start on Saturday and could I please get an address?

Happy hour starts a 5pm with dinner sometime around or after 6pm.
The banquet is being held at the Best Western - Cotton Tree Inn in Mount Vernon.  I do not know the address but it is relatively easy to find.
