Banquet tickets will be on sale starting this weekend. Come to the beer garden after the races! Tickets are $40, and banquet is November 20th in Mount Vernon at the CottonTree Inn.
I will call them tomorrow. I talked to them 2 weeks ago and we were getting a cheaper rate and we would all try to be on one floor in the same area. Technically it is not called a "group discount" but in theory it is the same thing except everyone can book the rooms themselves instead of the club booking all the rooms. I will let you know tomorrow.
