2011 Deming Speedway Driver Profile Sheets

The attached forms are 2011 Deming Speedway Driver Profile Documents.  One of them is a text document that can be opened, printed and filled in by hand, the other is a template document that can be opened, completed by computer (you can tab through the fields) and then save as a document on your computer and it can be e-mailed.  If you use this form when you save it go ahead and save it as a regular document.

Please complete one of these forms and return it at the next meeting, email it to me at ksmauck@comcast.net, drop it off for Randy at Speedmart, or hand it in at the back gate at Play Day. 

We could really use the help in getting these completed this year.  It helps the tower talk about you and your sponsors.  I'd like to get one of these done on every driver.  If for some reason you can't open this document I will have some hard copies at the next meeting.

If you can't open the sheet or "forget", come find me opening night in the announce tower. It takes less than 5 minutes, and benefits YOU more than anyone else. At the end of the day, all we really want/need is as follows:

Name
Number
Hometown
Sponsors in order of preference
Big check made out to Randy Pratt or Kaleb Hart with lots of zeros before the decimal point.

See everybody in about a month!

I have about 75% of the drivers profile from last year with head shots and it will be turned into Mandy as soon as I see her to be placed on the website

This was going to happen last year but illness set in
