You need to complete a W-9 tax form before you can get paid out at Deming.

Here is a link where you can find the form if you would like to complete it, print it out, and bring it to the track otherwise they will have them available at the track as well.

The form will get turned in to Brandy but you could probably turn it in at sign in.
