Brian, thanks for the pics. Where's Aaron? lol. Seriously though that was some of the best racing I've seen in a while. Super side by side racing........damn it was exciting!!!!
Can't agree more. You look at those pictures, and the cars look like they are running with the USAC CRA, even a little smoke on some right rears. Everyone did a great job of making the adjustments needed to survive wingless. By far the most fun I've had in a micro race.
Also need to commend Paul, by far THE BEST track we have had in years. Despite all that moisture, he was able to give us a smooth HARD PACKED surface to run on. I think it made a big difference for those without wingless experience to get a feel for the car with a smooth and wide surface to run on. That track would have been a dream with the wings as well.
Just wish we could pick up some wingless friday night shows, I think the fans really enjoyed it.
