Here are the highlites from our Jan. club meeting;

                                                                                                                                          * Aproved a temp. 25# weight reduction for the 600 & 1200 class wingless shows for the 2006 season. This issue will need to be addressed permanently @ our class rules meeting after the 2006 season.

  * 2006 season point fund monies will be awarded to the top ten cars in each class who are members in good standing ( dues paid by deadline)

  * Club points will only accumulate from the first race of the season if the club dues have been paid by the deadline.

  * Skagit Speedway mini sprint races (1200 class) are tentatively schd for Dirt Cup, 360 show & Wingless show weekends. Steve will get back to us by our Feb. club meeting.

  * Deming Speedway Tentative schd. has us starting w/ playday Sat April 1st @ noon, and concludes w/ a 2 day show Sept. 22nd & 23rd (Fri. & Sat.). A wingless race every month, CLAY CUP 2006 ($35,000) July 13, 14 & 15 & off the weekend of Skagit's Dirt Cup.
