The season is winding down, it's time to start thinking about our winter bussiness...... Club meetings are the first wed of each month starting Oct. 3rd. We will not be able to use the Lakeway "lil Ceasars" this year, I'll let you know the new location soon. Oct. 3rd will be a general discussion meeting, we will set up our class rules meeting date. Nov 1st will be nominations of officers, committee's, ect.., We should also be thinking about the annual "club donation to the community". Nov (TBA) will be our class rules meetings. Dec 6th we will vote on club rule changes, election of officers, committees, ect... If you are interested in a particullar rule change, but unable to make it to the meeting, e-mail me or write it up and give it to me @ the track and I will submit it for you. Remember, get involved, it's your club!!!!!!!
"Banquet"- Our banquet will be held @ the "Silver Reef Casino", Sat, Nov 11. Tickets will be $35, avaliable @ the track starting this Fri (9/1). NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD @ THE DOOR. The club will use the last 2 race night 50/50 proceeds to supply refreshments for the banquet. The club will provide pop, bottled water, coffee and as many kegs as funds will allow, so buy lots of 50/50 tickets Sept 22 & 23..................
"Picinc"- DON'T FORGET, the club picnic is Sun, Sept 3........... It's potluck so all you racers whip up your favorite dish and lets have another great one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
