For the past two years we have exceeded the allowable $10,000 "ceiling" for a class B license for our Gambling permit and will be required to upgrade our license to a Class C license. Because we went "over" our limit, (which by the way isn't such a bad thing because it simply means we earned more money), in 2009 and 2010 we have to pay the additional amount this year for the two prior years. Apparently the Gambling Commission is a little slow in reviewing their accounts and have just caught up.
In any case I will be issuing a check to settle these matters to the Washington State Gambling Commission in the amount of $579 and wanted to aprise the members of this because we do not have regular meetings during the season.
Thank You,
Kelly
